Photography has complimented an existence in nature,
inexpressible with words alone.
There is a huge potential for improving one's general
well being whilst experiencing the natural world.
It fascilitates relaxation, restoration, reflection,
contemplation, meditation and mindfulness
second to none.
In a modern life, we aren't always able to spend
as much time as desired
experiencing the vitality
and diversity of nature.
My ambition in photography, is to offer the viewer
a time out in the natural world, whenever and
wherever you may want it.
Through this medium,
One which is an act of subtraction and simplification,
just as painting is an act of addition.
One which is the study of light and conversely of darkness,
for one cannot be differentiated without the other.
Through coneptualization and perception.
Through atmospherical and astronomical observation.
Through travels in geologically diverse landscapes,
challenging terrain and adverse weather conditions.
Through my dedication to photography,
life and the natural world.
I will strive to enrich the quality of the viewers
experience and to envoke the splendour of the world into my images.
