The natural world and it's inhabitants are, to me,
an inexhaustible wealth of awe, intrigue, fascination,
restoration, balance, energy and inspiration.
It is these qualities that I also wish to share with you,
the viewer, through my images.
After pursuing a life of competition, of trying to
better my fellow man, of seeking approval from
anyone and everyone to compensate for insecurity.
Of sacrificing health and lifestyle for the acquisition
of materialistic and inanimate objects, of seeking joy
and love in all the wrong generic places.
I was fed up, and decided to try another approach, one which fascilitated growth and freedom, that allowed me to heal and to develop a knowledge and understanding of myself and suprisingly therefore of everyone else.
I'm now immensely grateful for my choice to take a step back from it all, to percieve the futility of modern society and to follow my own path and create my life as opposed to being a "victim" of circumstance.
Working towards balance, contentment, acceptance, mindfulness, serenity and a capacity of un-conditional love, forever learning but grateful for the opportunity.
